肌酸

I've been mixing it into my post-workout shake and noticing I'm not as sore the day after lifting. The powder dissolves clean without any clumping, which makes it easy to stick with. Definitely feel like my recovery has improved since starting.

I've been taking this before my morning workouts for about a month now, and the difference in my recovery time is honestly noticeable. It dissolves easily in water and doesn't leave that gritty texture I've dealt with from other powders.

Been taking this post-workout for three weeks now and my reps have gone up noticeably, plus I'm recovering faster between sets. The powder mixes clean with no weird texture, which matters since I chug it right after lifting.
