クレアチングミ

I was skeptical about getting my creatine in gummy form, but these are so easy to take that I've actually been consistent every day for a month. They dissolve quickly and don't leave that weird aftertaste powders do, which makes my post-workout routine feel way less like a chore.

The texture is way better than the chalky powders I used to mix—these gummies are soft and easy to chew, so I actually remember to take them before my workouts. Three weeks in, recovery between sessions feels smoother, and it’s nice not having to haul a shaker bottle around.

Finally stopped dreading my daily creatine routine because these gummies actually taste good enough to look forward to. I’ve noticed my recovery between sets feels smoother after about two weeks of taking them consistently. The texture is chewy without being sticky, which is a huge plus for me.
