كبسولات الأحلام

Three weeks in and I'm actually sleeping through the whole night, which hasn't happened in years. The capsule is easy to swallow and I wake up without that groggy feeling, just refreshed and ready to go.

I've been traveling a lot for work lately and hotel beds wreck my sleep, but these genuinely helped me stay under for the full night and I woke up without that groggy haze. The capsule itself is small enough that I don't even need water to get it down, which is a huge win when I'm already half-aslee

I've tried a lot of sleep aids that knock me out but leave me groggy the next day, but these actually let me wake up feeling refreshed. They helped me stay asleep through the night, even on a noisy redeye flight.
